Hi all,

Stumbling around the internet I found this nice website that explains most hair questions and with the science to back it up!
If you knew about it already, disregard this, but I though it was interesting, enjoy!

Oh this is a very interesting article! I think lanolin can be found in alot of hair products so then you don't need to melt it down. Great article! Thanks for posting! ;)

I've used Lansinoh (https://www.lansinoh.com/products/hpa-lanolin) Lanolin. It is too sticky for my liking, and I wasn't sure it was being removed with my CO wash alone. It did do good things for my hair though.

Thank you! I had forgotten about Lanolin. I can't remember the name of the product, but I do remember a jar of lanolin was used in the beauty shop I grew up in. They would use it as a "deep conditioner" and the ladies sat under the hair dryers.

Here is another blog about hair science I've learned a lot from. (Thanks again meteor!) http://science-yhairblog.blogspot.com/
