I used to do that to my friends in the winter some years ago!!! Hahahahaha I even styled my hair to look like a layered bob with bangs. Oh their faces :lol:

It would have been around 2 feet of hair if I did chop it that short. So far, the facebook ruse has been successful. I've had a couple people message me lamenting the loss of my hair :p

Haha that was epic! I do something similar every now and then, not intending too. When it's cold I put on a big knitted cardigan and if I have my hair loose it often takes me a couple of minutes to remember to pull my hair out from underneath the cardigan. Without fail that will happen when my husband is just returning from work, on days where I've messaged him ranting about something about my hair. So he sees me with what looks like shoulderlength hair first thing when he comes in the door and then freaks out for a second XD

I had a friend (waist-length hair) actually do that recently- I saw the Facebook picture and assumed she must have been doing something like you did in this thread, especially since she likes to play with photoshop and posting pictures of herself looking completely different. But I finally saw her in person this week, and she really did chop her hair.
