Hi there, its my first post here. I just discovered this forum, its a great place with lots of hair tips!
my hair is never in good condition. Its either curl or frizzy.
So here is some picture of my current hair.

Well it is straight and moisturized.
The problem is the "baby hair" at the end of hair. I am not sure is it called baby hair, it wasn't really curl, just have weird curl at the end. And it makes my hair a mess.
I had cut my hair short for a while as I thought this might helps. But no.
I have been applying the avocado hair mask for weeks and stop using chemical shampoo that sold in pharmacy. Sadly I don't see much improvements on my hair. It only tamed when I leave it for one day. But after shampooing and leave it dry, it gets back to frizzy and messy.
Anyone here has experiences the same thing like me? And have any solution that actually work? Please help me out. I am so sick of my hair.

I don't see any frizz or curl. I see a lot of new growth hairs, from where old hairs had shed out and started growing anew, but that's normal and healthy. Your hair looks just fine to me. The new growth/baby hairs can often be tamed down with a little bit of serum or oil if they really get on your nerves, but anyone with long straight hair has them, and they often behave exactly like yours are.

I see 1a straight hair with some bits "fluffing" up - that's entirely normal. You have zero frizz or curl. It's as straight as straight can be. :)

OMG!! I would've given my eyeteeth for hair like that in my younger years!

Totally normal. Everybody's hair does that to some extent. You can spread some gel between wet palms, then stroke your palms over the surface of your hair. That will encourage those exuberant baby hairs to lay down.

You. Can also try coconut oilings before washings and then CO wash... that helps me. I also color my hair monthly. Just the roots.to cover my greys but no h eat at all.

Yup, I agree with the others. That's just new growth. You will always have hairs that are shorter than others, as individual hairs are always falling out and growing back in on their own growth cycle.
Those shorter hairs might just be slightly more prone to taking on shapes when you lie down on something, or put your hair up in certain ways, because the hairs are lighter (shorter hair = less weight on the hair). As others said, you can take a touch of oil or serum to smooth them back down.
As far as that one hair in the last picture with a bit of a curl to it, I think that might be from a split that tore off. The end of the hair is very tapered. So, what might have happened is that it was split, but one side of the split came completely off. This will result in a hair that curls, even if your natural texture is straight.
It's like if you take a ribbon and rub it over the blade of a pair of scissors. It removes some molecules from that side of the ribbon, which makes the tension higher on one side than the other, resulting in a curl.
But your natural texture is still very straight. I agree it's 1a.

Another cause for me is static runaway, baby hairs = flyaways. Normal. My hair gets static electricity a lot and even though I'm a wurly I can see it happen. Especially during thunderstorms. Impossible to avoid.
I agree with the others as well. And definitely the part about running scissors down a ribbon.
There is no such thing as all-one-length hair. If your hair is growing, you will grow new hairs that are shorter than the old ones. Everyone in the world gets it no matter how perfect the hair is. :)

You could look up CurlyPenny on youtube, her most recent video shows how to effectively slick down and tame baby hairs and new growth/edges.

Maybe oils can help smooth out those hairs that stick out. Your hair looks fine to me though :)
