Safe to use on chemically-dyed hair?

Hey everyone,

I have not highlighted my hair at the salon for about 4 months and I've been thinking of switching to henna hair dye for a while now. I've read up on some reviews and they say it's great as a conditioner even if the colour isn't that noticeable BUT - I've also seen some comments about it turning hair straw-like if it is already chemically treated :confused::confused: has anyone else heard about this? I would love some feedback/experiences with henna for some advice. I would just like to know if it is safe to use.

I used henna on chemically dyed hair without issues, but then it wasn't bleached-blonde. You esp. have to be careful with that as it might turn your hair bozo orange. So read the henna thread and think about it twice. :)
