Unfortunetly, My 18 year old best friend and Sister, my doggie, died and I didn't get any pics of my long hair with her in it. Darn!! Maybe I can find the one with me next to her but my hair is pulled up in a bun so you can't see it.

I love all these pictures of your pets. Except of the snake. i am so terrified of snakes. My friend almost died of a snake bite and now I am terrified of them, but, oh, it's a beautiful color for sure and thanks for posting it, it's just that I don't like them at all and it's not because I don't like YOUR snake, it's just all snakes. I know God made them and their his creation, but so is poison oak and black widows and I'm allergic to both!! LOL!!!

The one with the squirrel ....is that a wild one? It's amazing how it just walked up to you like that, not a fear at all. How CUUUTE!

It would be a stretch for me to consider a snake a "companion," too. They don't bother me, so long as they remain where they belong - outside and far away!

There was a woman I used to work with who had a terrible snake phobia. I used to go through magazines for her and tear out anything that had snakes pictured, or mentioned. It was during a time when there was a national ad campaign for something really big and they featured a snake. What a pain in the butt....

I have no pics of me with the terrierists. These two sort of descended on me and, I love them, but they can be very "trying," to say the least. I'm thinking "Pet Rock" next time!

Yes, that one is nearly 16 pounds. He does love his food. :lol: I think the other one is around 13 pounds, but he hasn't been sick lately (thank goodness) so hasn't been weighed at the vet in while. Our smallest is "only" 11 pounds, but I didn't post a pic of her because we are not on good terms.

And here's the other cat in the house - Tigger. He's huuuge and about as easy to carry as a loose bundle of sticks. Dubh packs up neatly into your arms; she just melts into you; but Tigger sprawls. :grin: both cats are almost 11 years old.

Hehe, yeah, he's a big lad. But he's not fat, he's just... big-boned! :lol: Um, I think Tigger's 8kg, which is about 17 and a half pounds.

They're often seen in catfood commercials, but usually British Blues (actually bluey grey). I was hoping to get a blue, but most of the litter turned out black; which is fine by me really, I love black cats.

Kai is a Burmese gerbil with an amazing soul.

I just wanted to say that's one mighty beast you have there. I have never really been near a horse and I am slightly scared of them - they are rather epic creatures. I have always been fascinated by them though, they are beautiful.

Your hair is equally as beautiful and epic as well.

Was already 14 when I learned how to ride horses...I was taught without a saddle, they just slapped the horse on the butt and off it went :eek:...makes you tough ;)
I had to work a lot as a teen to be able to afford the monthly rent for her but it was worth it. She was an old hafling horse (16 yrs. then). Had to give up horse riding after I fell of a friends horse though, my back was damaged.

Chipsy was my compagnion when hubby was in Iraq, I got too sick of worry though and had to give her up. She was a rental horse like Funny, same ranch too.
It was really cold and snowing that day...I was always quite dirty since the horse lived outdoors.
