I've read and watched many good reviews about it and ask myself: Purchase or not? (the serum and shampoo).

What do you think?

I wouldn't by "specialty" products if your hair is not *excessively* thinning. Just MO.

I would tend to agree. Especially considering the number of reviews that mention that it is very drying.

Not excessively but still around 70-100 hairs per day. :demon: :brickwall:  :boohoo:

I'm afraid that by the end of summer it's LOOONG (It grows like weeds) but THIN. :(

The average woman sheds 50-100 hairs per day some studies even say up to 125-150 is normal.

I NEVER WANTED TO BE AVERAGE AND NORMAL!!! :bounce::bounce::bounce:
I'm an artist! :D :D :D

My worry is that by "average" they mean the woman who has naturally thin hair but my hair is naturally thick.

150 is normal? It's very much... 150 is my maximum when I wash it.

Yes for some women 150 is normal and for others it's worrisome. So long as 70-100 a day is normal for you and this is not an increase in shedding your hair is perfectly fine, you don't need those products.

Wusel, have you tried Rosemary essential oil or pure aloe vera for shedding? Or rooibos tea? There are some old threads on those topics here somewhere. When I was going through some shedding issues I spent all kinds of money on specialty products, and honestly some simple Rosemary EO in pure aloe worked the best. I have not tried the brand you posted, but I recall many of the scalp serums and shampoos that I tried made my shedding worse, not better, and they were all so expensive :/. I don't know how your scalp reacts, but for me personally, putting too many botanical ingredients on my scalp just exacerbates shedding & then it's hard to pinpoint which ingredient or combination of ingredients is doing it. It looks like the Biota contains nettle high up on the ingredient list, that might be another single herb to try?
