So we know coconut oil is good for hair. We also know that it absorbs into hair. What exactly does it do for hair on the inside? What can it do that sets it apart from other oils that only coat the hair to seal in moisture?

Thank you!!

CurlyNikki has a wonderful article on cocnut oil, really breaking it down what it scientifically does that many other oils dont.

I like to use it sometimes but not regularly, it certainly is not my favorite oil and there is only so much absorbtion any hair can do i guess.
