View Full Version : Celebrating One Year of Hair Growth

Below are pictures showing one year of growth (with two trims in that year). It is sometimes frustrating to measure hair monthly (at least for me) as it never seems to progress very much. Seeing the growth over a year is a great feeling though. My hair is finally starting to feel long and I was actually amazed to see how long it looked in today's length shot.

After a year I have also finally got a routine that works for me and the 3 biggest improvers in terms of my hair have been (1) only washing the length once a week (scalp washes in-between) (2) no heat styling and (3) using a silicone and argan oil serum on the ends every night.
