Hello! I have hip-length hair (straight and fine) and since I'm trying to grow it I want to keep it tied up as much as possible. However, I'm bored of normal old plaits and ponies! I can do French, Dutch and fishtail braids, and nautilus knots and chopstick buns - all the basics. I love LaDollyVita33 (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBGIFstqkqVX8LboNdtXCew)'s work on Youtube.
Does anyone know an interesting style that works for very long hair? Or any other Youtube channels that do long hair tutorials?

Hi there! :D Welcome to the LHC! :cheer:
I love LaDollyVita33's work too! She has an awesome Braid-ictionary, for example! ;)
For hairstyles on YouTube, you could check out Torrinpaige, JJJLongHair, Haartraum, Andrea 691, Loepsie, Willow Lien, Pantha, Laura Grout, beautyklove... to name only a few... There is also a great "I made hair video" Thread on the LHC, that you might find interesting: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=120673
Also, check out the Bun and Braid Reference Thread: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=112682 and Bun Progression List: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=82713
Many of the links are no longer active, but you can usually find those styles by searching their names on YouTube or just Google. :)
