Hello everyone,

After reading the layered hip length thread and seeing all of the gorgeous hair, I decided to make a waist length layered hair thread. My goal length is waist length, and my hair is only slightly layered, but I want to cut more layers (similar to DreamSheep) when I get to waist.

Thank you!

Mine is a little layered. I trimmed 1 1/2" off last autumn, so it's less layered than it was!

I think I have one of those. My hair might be a teeny bit longer than waist; let's see.

Yes, the belt of my robe is at waist, so the longest point is a wee bit longer than waist.

I had nearly tailbone-length, blunt-cut hair when I went for this cut.

Wow! Thank you everyone for posting. I have around 1.5 to 2 inches to go until waist. I can't wait to get there! I already have some soft layers which I LOVE, but I think I want to get more cut it. It's a struggle because my hair is fine, and I don't want the longest layer to look scraggly :o

Thanks again and beautiful hair!

I will try and find an old picture that shows it :) I had my layers put in between BSL and Waist I think - but I wasn't super conscious of my hair length at the time.

Very pretty! :)

Thank you! That was right after my 1st henna treatment! I LOVED how it made my hair waves "pop". I didn't brush it at all in this pic. It just air dried. LOVED the henna! It was worth the heavy hair and hard to wash out pain in the butt lol

Yeah, I know. I used to love henna. But hated the whole mud-part... and the leaking. I haven't had henna on my head now in quite a few years. Sometimes I miss it, but I think I'll stick to dye-free hair. :)

Yes, Spidermom has the most amazing hair, Since joining this board, pics of her hair have me scrolling back on threads just to sneak another look at it. Though very different, you hair also has me scrolling back to take another look, beautiful hair.
