As a recent member here I have been following advice and did the inversion method for 7 days, I used 1tbs EVOO 1 TBS coconut Oli and 5 drops each of peppermint oil and pine oil.
I saw a post which recommended and old t shirt for measuring and recording growth, what a fab idea so I pinched this one off Hubby.
the first picture was taken on February 21st February, day 4 of inversion therapy. I did the inversion therapy for a further 3 days. then continued to use the same oil blend as a pre wash conditioner for each wash ( twice a week usually)
I was pleased to see 3/4 inch growth already. I was going to measure it again on 21 March, but I am away at a conference then so decided to go early this month. Plus I was curious to see if it was helping.
¾ inch in growth in just that 3 weeks! When I joined on 15 Feb my hair was 26 inches and it is now 27, so i have achieved 1 inch in 1 month. Thank you for all the wonderful information you provide here.
