15 inches in a few days, not gonna happen. :lol: It takes patience and good haircare. I just wanted to emphasize it again today, with this video:

I try to celebrate time spent growing vs expected progress milestones. Every few months I tell myself I rock and drink a protein filled smoothie to celebrate :D

I really benefited from the split end drawings she had! I had no idea taper on the individual hair was a split end! I doubt my tapered ends are split ends though, it looks like new growth to me.

Same here, gthlvrmx. I've got a couple of those right angle or bent ends. I don't S&D, but now I'm wondering if I should.

Great videos! It's easy to get suckered in to weird tips and tricks and products just because you want them to work... I have been there!
