Sorry if there's already a thread about this shop, but I searched for one and couldn't find anything. I found this shop on etsy and thought it looked really nice, and cheap! But the fact that it's so cheap makes me suspicious... has anyone who's bought anything from here tell me what the quality's like?

I've never purchased from them, but I will now be doing so. :) It's from Indonesia. They're prices are often lower than western countries so they sell to the west for higher prices than they get at home, while we get them for lower prices than we're used to. Any similar shops I've purchased from, have delivered excellent value for money.

I thought that must be why the prices are so low. :) The reviews are good, so I think I'll go for it!

I purchased from them at least a year ago. They shipped quickly and no drama unlike Leyganaba. They were absolutely horrible!

What happened with Leyganaba?

Also I have pondered for quite a while of some of these ayujewelry things. I'll be watching this thread.

I bought two forks from them, just received them in de mail.
Because i'm still new to hair toys (I only had some sticks i made out of chopsticks) i loved the low price, means i can try stuff out without spending too much.
They shipped quickly, it took about 3 weeks but i didn't expect any less since it had to be shipped from Indonesia to the Netherlands.
I purchased this one (https://www.etsy.com/listing/170114981/wood-hair-stick-2-prong-wooden-hair-fork?ref=shop_home_active_3) and this one (https://www.etsy.com/listing/157158186/japanese-tribal-wood-hair-stick-2-prong?ref=shop_home_active_1).
I like both, but the ends of the prongs are rather sharp so i have to be careful to not snag any hairs or scratch my scalp. But overall i'm very happy with them and i think i will be wearing them a lot.

Sorry Laurenji, I just saw this now. Leyganaba took about 2 months to ship my items. They first told me they had shipped and I never received it. I don't think this is true because then another person wrote me back saying they had shipped to a friend in the US to avoid customs and that person would be distributing the individual orders to people in the US. Every time I messaged them it was a different story and sometimes it took several days to get them to respond. I did get my items eventually like 3 months later. I would never order again.

Also wanted to mention that a few days after I placed the Leyganaba order I placed one with Ayujewelry. The Ayujewelry took about 2 weeks to arrive, which is perfectly reasonable considering where it was coming from. They were also much more responsive and just nice. As far as quality, I would say they both are birds of a feather.

Finally got my package! It took a long time, but that's fair enough seeing as it came from Indonesia all the way to the UK. It's lovely, though, great quality. :) The only problem is that I feel like it sticks up out of my head a bit too much... I suppose I just need to place it better so it doesn't look like an antenna!

Very pretty! Yes, I agree; a bit lower in the placement would look less prominent :)
