(sort of) 1 year anniversary (with pictures)

Ok, I am mostly just lurking and seldom writing on this forum. I just thought I could post my progress. I grew out a pixie cut so the first picture is from when it had already grown out a little bit (I'd guess it was 2 months after my last hair cut). The first picture is from February 2014 and the second picture is from February 2015. I did get my hair cut once in December (some layers but the overall length was not touched). Otherwise I let it grow since January 2014, so it is not really a 1 year anniversary. I feel very self-conscious about posting pictures but I hope you enjoy them.

Wow that a LOT of growth! It has take me YEARS to grow my short cut and I am only at shoulder length! I do trim a lot though.

Wow, thank you so much for your nice comments. I was not aware that it is a lot of growth, I thought it was just normal. I did wear my hear in a ponytail most of the time though. That's why I expect much less growth in this year, because I now enjoy wearing my hair down thanks to a (finally) decent hair cut. :)
By the way my hair is not THAT red, I think it is just the lighting in the last picture. And my hair is actually not very full or thick (that's why I needed the layers).
I noticed during my year without hair cuts that my hair grew in spurts. I took a picture at the beginning of each month and you can really see that there are months where not much happened and then there are month where I have to make sure that I did not forget to take a picture because it looks like two months of growth. :)
I will keep taking the pictures and I'm curious how this year goes.
