Hello everyone! New here, with a question. I ordered some Vanessa Grey brand scrunchie hair wraps and am impatiently waiting for them to arrive. I know that Ken Paves has several versions of these as well...I went with the Vanessa Grey ones because they were cheaper on Amazon!

I am trying to disguise a hair disaster that involved a really bad homemade bleach-dye-bleach-dye incident. I am hoping to use the hair scrunchies to wrap around a bun and hopefully camo the unearthly green length I ended up with over a year ago! If I have time, I will start a blog about it:cool:

Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance and looking forward to meeting you all,

Annelise

Hi! Back in March, 2011 I had cut the bleached dyed brassy apl length to a curly chin length bob and was truly in a depression for having chopped my hair off. I bought (from wigs.com) three scrunchie wiglets and they got me through a very difficult growing out phase. I owe my sanity to these three hair wiglets scrunchies. Just remember to use a small one? inch claw clip to grab onto the elastic band and attach to your scalp hair. I had the misfortune of having one slip off my small ponytail in a store and the sales clerk ran after me to give it back to me. Talk about learning my lesson! Anyways, you will love your hair scrunchies! :)

you might want to check out drawstring buns. i always see them on korean websites and also found them on ebay thinking that would make awesome sailormoon hair. They look pretty realistic tho if made out of real hair. i just googled for a pic quickly so you could see well how they are made.

I was totally traumatized with my hair cut so short so I was in survival mode! But, I did get the brassy dyed dried out length cut off, so it gave me a fresh start and I did have fun with different shorter styles but... :boohoo:

Hey I'm not knocking it in the least. Perhaps everyone should have something like this just for bad hair days.
Let's face it! Fake hair has come a long way!

LOL.. as a matter of fact, I tried to use them again last week, and sadly, my hair is too long now as I had too much hair to deal with in addition to the hair on the scrunchy and the colors don't match anymore! I didn't think you were knocking anything hennalonghair! Don't worry! ;)
