I heard this a couple of times here. What does S & D stand for:confused:

"Search and Destroy" - it refers to looking for individual split hairs and snipping them off, rather than trimming all of your hair with the hopes of getting rid of splits. It works better, in my opinion, since splits don't just occur on the very ends of hair, but can be on shorter layers or whispies, or travel higher up than you might be willing to trim.
