What does everyone think of Redkin CAT and other protein treatments? I used to use Redkin CAT years ago and felt like it really helped my hair. A hair stylist recommended it to me -- said that if 4 treatments are done in a row the strength of hair is increased tremendously. She did caution me that too much protein can make the hair brittle, so said it was important to balance out protein treatments with moisture treatments. Any thoughts or recommendations to share about this?
