New Year, New Hair Toys :)

I had bought some hair ties (ponytail holders, whatever you want to call them) a while back and I finally opened them and used them, and I find they break my hair, so I decided to buy the kind I had previously, which seem to be made out of a material like heavy pantyhose/nylons and don't break my hair.

I also found one of those little roll-up-your-ponytail-into-a-sock-bun toys. I used to have one that I used when my hair was between shoulder and waist length, and then I got past waist length and found I had too much hair for it, so I gave it away when I had my hair at classic length. So now I have a new one!

Yay new hair toys!

Has anybody else decided to treat themselves in the New Year to new hair toys? :D

No new hair toys in the near future, but I did buy some Keytlos that arrived between Xmas and New year. I need to grow about 5 cm before I can use them so sometime this summer I'll be able to use them. They're sitting and waiting for me and when I can finally used them they're new.

I got money for Christmas and have ordered 4 items from Morgans Mane on Etsy--2 sets of sticks and 2 2-prong forks. They should be here later in the week!

I got myself some flexi's since I'd been wanting to get one for forever. I also have to finish making my stick, and I'm going to try my hand at spirals

That was my gift to myself this christmas. I went on ebay and found some pretty things, some barrets, satin hair scrunchies, a stick, a bun thingy, a braiding tool, a comb, and a ez comb thing and a flexi 8. Pretty cool. I have never had much in the way of hair stuff besides bobby pins and elastics so this is pretty cool. I will have to get past feeling conspicuious if I wear some of the fancier things though! I also found some clip on hoop earings...so neat. they are actually comfy. I thinking about getting pierced again so maybe they'll help me decide if want to or not. This did not cost very much. Most of these things were just a few bucks.
