I checked online and only found hair serum recipes that contain oils along with negative comments regarding cones. Is there a recipe where I can make my own hair serum with water soluble silicones? Giving this a try would be great because every serum on the market seems to contain fragrance. I would rather have no fragrance which doesn't compete with my conditioner.
