I thought this was so intricate for a fishtail, I'm sharing it here:

That's very intricate!
Usually not a fan of fishtails (don't love the appearance, plus they take ages to make).
This one is quite cool, but probably wouldn't work on my layered hair, and probably would take too long to make too...
That said, I love HaarTraum, because her hair is a lot like mine, so I can learn how to handle my hands on my own hair by copying her :)

Very pretty braid. So jealous of the thickness of her hair.

Love Vanessa, but everytime i watch her braiding i think shes hiding ome extra fingers, lol. i could NEVER braid any of that, not even on someone else, let alone myself. it looks pretty i admit, but i also always think styles like this wouldnt work on me. havent worn a braid outside the house in years.

Beautiful! This is one of those times it's really really HARD for me to accept and love my lack of thickness in my hair. That is not even a possibility with my hair, and it makes me sad.

aspen song, parandi or maybe a very long clip in piece could do the trick if you want to wear that hairstyle for a special event or so. anyone who has time to braid that is most likely interested in these kind of toys anyways. :P
i recently checked out aliexpress because im playing with the thought of buying a 34" bundle to dye it a gunmetal grey. i would love to have that colour in my hair but no bleach will ever touch the strands i have grwon myself, lol.

Gosh, her hair is so crazy thick! I wish she had a translation in English though; I have no idea what to do!

I love fishtail braids already, but HOLY MOTHER OF GOD.
As far as I can tell from the video:
1) Start one or two sets of normal fishtail stitches.
2) Section out the next set of stitches, but leave them hanging and carve out two new ones.
3) Grab the FIRST left-out stitch and twist stitches 1 and 2 inward so that the Stitch 1 is UNDER Stitch 2. Then bring it OVER the main braid, as with a normal fishtail.
4) Section out two more stitches and repeat.
4) Repeat Steps 2-4 until you can bring it over your shoulder. When you do, reverse the twisting motions so that it becomes Over-Under and keeps the braid consistent.
It seems like a mix between a normal fishtail and a four-strand braid. My fingers already hurt from the idea of it, but OMG SO PRETTY.

Very pretty. If anyone here wants to practice it on my head, feel free to come to my house and give it a go. I probably won't be attempting this on myself. I do love her thick amazing long hair!

That's really, really beautiful but I'm with AspenSong. With my lack of thickness there's really no idea to even try. :(
