Heat Protectants

I really want to protect my hair when heat styling it.

I settled on 2 products:
TRESemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Protective Spray
vs
Organix Ever Straight Brazilian Keratin Therapy Flat Iron Spray

I don't know which one is better?
Does anyone have other better options?

The better option: don't use heat. No matter what products claim, all they do is cover up the damage that heat causes.

There's a got2b one called "guardian angel". No experience with it though.

I know, but I have a new blow dryer, it has very light heat settings.

I've tried other products from got2b, didn't like it.
