itchy scalp from winter?

My scalp has been super itchy for the past few days. No dandruff, but some small bumps and sores from irritation maybe? nothing too too bad, but i worry as the winter progresses, it will get worse. How do i stop it in its tracks?

Also, any protection tips for winter (to keep moisture in, stop breakage, etc. ) would be great :)

I've had the exact same thing happen the past few weeks! I switched over to shampoo bars instead of sulfates and so far it's gotten better.

For dryness, scalp massage with a bit of oil helps me. Not enough to make things look oily but enough to make the skin a bit more supple. Misting with an herb/oil mix helps some people as well.

The bumps and sores suggest something else though. That's irritation from something. Did you change anything in your routine recently?

I did actually add a new product by lee stafford :/ looks like its gonna get tossed

Try testing some of it on your skin, usually the inner elbow area or near that is suggested for sensitivity testing.
