Has anyone here tried a heat cap with flax seed in it for deep conditioning? They look really cool:

I have not tried one but this looks like a pretty neat idea. I have cloth bags filled with flax seed that I microwave and use as heating pads for sore muscles. They hold the heat quite well for a long time.

However, without heat your deep conditioning treatment can only do so much to improve the quality of your hair.
I don't know about heat conditioning for hair. I try to avoid any sort of heat on my hair. I use a rice pack on sore muscles, though!

It's good for those with low porosity, to help the conditioner sink in, but if you have normal to high porosity, things like this are hugely unnecessary.
