There are a few really cute updos on this little video (http://tiphero.com/6-hair-tricks-that-all-girls-should-know/?fb=1). I can't figure out how to do the pinless bun. If someone can tell me, I'd appreciate it!

Have you seen the links in the video description? This (http://nerdygirlmakeup.com/2010/03/31/quick-hair-trick) is the source for that pinless bun. She has a video and step by step instructions below that. I found her video more helpful than the Buzzfeed video. :) She also gives advice at the end of her video on how to make it more secure!

I've tried that hair knot before and it was really hard to keep it up without a hairstick or something. Spin pins might be best to use for that one :P

No problem. :) If her instructions still don't help, you could try tucking a nautilus bun or something instead of the one used in the video. That resulted in a more secure result for me.

I will try it with a wrapped bun of some sort per your suggestion. :flower:

It totally slipped apart the minute I made it, gthlyrmx. Of course, I may not be doing it right. If I actually make one, I will definitely need spin pins! :flower:
