I recently joined Instagram and one of the first things I came across was Flettemamma (Braiding Mum) who just had a book about braiding released. Methinks I need to get a copy, if nothing else the pictures looked really nice;)

Link to the book with some previews (https://www.adlibris.com/no/product.aspx?isbn=8275477735)

Some of you might like it too!

Apparently she's gonna be on Breakfast tv tomorrow morning, so I'm gonna see if I can catch her there:)

Thank you, Nini, for the link to the new Norwegian braiding book. It looks so lovely! Wonder if it is bi lingual? I'd be awfully tempted to get it if it were!

I want it! The illustrations look really well done, even if I can't read Norwegian! Can I buy it here in the States?

Thanks a heap, Paranda Belle, for sharing the instagram link to that spectacular braid! Flettemamma is something else!

The book is only in Norwegian I think. But if the pictures are good enough that shouldn't be a problem. I doubt you can get it internationally yet, but I think the site I linked to ship abroad. It'll be on the expensive side though... Books usually are here.

I read about this in the newspaper (vg online) the other day, does she have lots of different stuff from torrin and cutegirls? Might go and take a look later today!

Seems like a great starter book, it explains the basics really well.
