Me too! No more salons! I just gave myself a trim today and it looks perfect and barely lost length. I also added layers thanks to the crea clip! I'm so excited to be saving $$ this way :-)

I gave up salons long before I started growing my hair long and I must say that I agree with you. It saves so much time and money.

I've not had a trim since November 2013, and I'm not going to need one until (hopefully) the end of 2015. But apart from that, my hair's trimmed at home as well with one of the compact cut methods for layers (ponytail on forehead for shortest layering). I *love* it.

I'm the opposite : hardcore self or bymom-trimmer,contemplating visiting the hairdresser for a 2nd time in my life but too terrified of damage or losing length to actually do it :)

Great! Its such a great feeling knowing you can do it yourself and not lose inches from someone else not listening or knowing what they are doing! I remember my first time...It was so easy and so empowering!:joy:
