Does Ion Brilliance Brights have chemicals in it?

I have a few "play" pieces in my hair that I dye blue. I only use semis that don't have any chemicals in them (veggie dyes). Anyway I was wondering if anyway has any experience or can inform me about ion brilliance brights.


i used it once before on my friend and I faintly remember it having a chemical smell but I'm not sure ;/
