I hear has a tendency to grow relatively slow, most of the time I don't see any noticeable differences. However, this last month it has grown probably close to 3 inches. Now the growing has slowed down again. Has anyone else noticed that their hair tends to grow in short spurts and then stop for a while?

Not me, but I've heard it happens to certain people on this website. Their hair gets a random spurt during the year. Some people grow their average 6 inches a year but it's slow for the start of the year and then by the end of it they grow their last 3 inches to make their 6 inch total. :p Hope that wasn't too confusing XD

I think sometimes it seems like there's been a hair growth spurt if your hair is slightly wavy. It's quite difficult to gauge the length until the hair grows past a certain stage in the wave, if that makes sense!
