Keri oil is a "moisture rich oil" basically like baby oil. I'd use baby oil instead but right now all I have is the keri oil. Would it be bad to use it in your hair?

I would use it sparingly. If you overuse mineral oil you're going to end up looking like the Exxon Valdez oil slick.

People say to use 2-4 drops of baby oil, do you think I should use the same amount?

Using 2 drops of mineral oil after a wash on damp hair isn't the same as coating your hair (and scalp) in an oil. If it's the first thing you're doing, mineral oil is absolutely fine! If it's the latter, then I'd stay away. It's harder to wash out than a natural oil, in that amount in any case.
