Starting at 23 inches and looking to gain 13 more.
My hair is very curly and I don't know where to start.

That's a beautiful curl in the picture! Pretty hair. :)

Looking through the articles section would be helpful when starting. The "Begginer's primer" (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=65) is helpful when starting. So is Ursula's standard newbie article. (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=39)

There is a lot of information on here and way too easy to get confused at first those articles help a bit.

Thank you. That's just one of my wacky curls. I have a headful of tight, loose, and medium curls. Uniform they are not! :eyebrows:

I've seen you on the Naturally Curly board. Your hair has grown so much! I've got spiral curls as well but it will be more controllable as you grow it :smile: It just takes a lot of patience with our curl type but you're making so much progress already! Keep away from those scissors!
