Whats the best washing method for bleached hair and what are some good natural products that can deal with dryness and such? :)

There is no 'rule' how you need to treat your hair when it's bleached. But in general, you need to treat it as gentle as possible.
Try out different things like CO (http://archive.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=9367), CWC (http://archive.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=6582), WCC (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=119314), ... Based on my hair when I bleached it, it needed A LOT of conditioner.
Deep moisture treatments really helped back then, like an SMT (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=128).
Heavy oilings with coconut (or any other oil you prefer) at night really helped as well: one (http://www.thenaturalhavenbloom.com/search?q=coconut+oil) and two (http://science-yhairblog.blogspot.be/2014/03/oil-pre-shampoo-or-pre-wash.html)
Make sure you lock the moisture (one (http://www.thenaturalhavenbloom.com/2010/02/part-1-water-is-perhaps-not-moisturiser.html) and two (http://www.thenaturalhavenbloom.com/2010/02/part-2-necessity-of-oils.html)) in when you washed it. You can use mineral oil (baby oil), normal oils, leave-in conditioners, ... to do this.
Protein is something that helps really well when your hair is damaged: one (http://www.thenaturalhavenbloom.com/2009/06/size-matters-protein-conditioning-part.html)and two (http://www.thenaturalhavenbloom.com/2009/06/protein-conditioners-for-hair-part-2-of_03.html). You could try to do a DIY gelatin mask (http://science-yhairblog.blogspot.be/2014/04/gelatin-protein-treatment-recipe-update.html) instead of products you can buy.

I am growing out my bleach, but the ends of my hair still have the bleach on them. I find protective updos and regular trims are important to avoid splits. I also do overnight treatments with coconut oil about every other time I wash, and I do a weekly CO wash. I use cones and apply almond oil after washing to seal in the moisture. Like Johannah said though, caring for bleached hair varies a lot between individuals!
