I was googling Jane Seymour haircut and I do believe it's a wig.

That is her red wig for her character Prudence.

Her real hair is still about BSL or longer.

She's worn wigs in several roles; I saw her wearing a wig and leather pantsuit in a Lifetime movie.

Gad, I hope so?

I liked her very long hair in Dr. Quinn, but the BSL cut was pretty also?

That's a wig. You can tell--Jane's often used wigs so she can keep her long, long hair. I do think it's about BSL because when she was on dancing with the stars, I noticed her ponytail was shorter.

It's a wig--if you look at her in interviews of the view and a vlog, her hair is past her armpit, and a different color. Whew!

I hate to say this because I'm a big fat hypocrite, but I am SO glad Jane S. still decorates my world. :spitting:

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but her Dr.Quinn locks were extensions. There was a link here to an article that explained that some of the styles they wanted for the show required more hair than Jane had.
I agree though it was beautiful.

I'm not surprised, I imagine most of what we see on television is enhanced. She was still a major factor in my falling in love with long hair. I really need to get that show on DVD.

What about her hair in the Sinbad film? it was super long and thick then? Did she ever have super long thick hair or was it all just fake?

I am surprised about her hair in Dr Quinn. I mean it was long, but it wasn't particularly overly thick or anything to make me think it might've been fake.

I thought she only went shorter perhaps because of ill health or something. I would say age as well, but what I mean really is peer pressure perhaps?

I've always loved Jane Seymore, the first time I saw here was when I saw the James Bond film "Live and Let Die". I thought her hair was fantastic and I was only about 8, so very impressionable!
I seem to remember that she had Dengi fever a while back (10 yrs +) so that may have been why she went shorter ....

I LOVE the fact that she doesn't cut her hair for the roles. It is so refreshing! :D

Ummm? Her hair was cut from the length it was in Dr. Quinn, so how could it be extentions?

Se even admitted she cut it from waist length???

Oh my goodness, Awalia, your avatar hair is STUNNING. Is it natch or do you henna? (Or if I'm being obtuse, do you dye? That seemed like a silly question tho.) I LOVE your colour and shine!

I'm just repeating what I read. She said herself in the article she didn't have enough hair for the syles they wanted so they used extensions.

I'm sure that is true, since her own hair is not that thick.

Even if someone has very long hair, rats and false hair are often used to create elaborate styles.

Goodness, I am sure Jane would be flattered that there is a forum that cares about her hair so much.

Or a little creeped out, perhaps.
