I finally figured out how to wear my too-small Flexi-8 and the pin broke when I was taking it out of my hair. On a happier note, I got a pair of pretty ceramic chopsticks at Cost Plus.

If you bought the Flexi-8 from Flexi-8 or Lillarose, they have a one year replacement on purchased items.

Agreed with Mz Butterfly. Contact the company or your consultant. That should not have happened!

I got it at a thrift store for $1 so it's not that much of a loss.

No. ANY broken hairtoy is a loss for you, the community, the world. It is a sad affair.

Likely you can use the 8 part with a stick.

I have some short double-ended knitting needles that would work perfectly.

Yes. Thank you.

:toast: you, too, have suffered this pain, I take it? *grave nod*

But, heeeey, that is good news about the knitting needle! And if you could solder a notch om it it would even 'hook' tension on the eight like the original did, right? (I don't own a flexi, nut that's how they work right...?)
