Rockabilly Styles for Very Long Hair?

So, I'm really getting into the rockabilly/pinup fashion because it's a look that works really well with my body type. You can find thousands of online tutorials for rockabilly hairstyling, but they're all for shorter hair and require teasing, heatstyling, hairspray... things that I just won't do to my hair. So, my question is: what can I do with my hair that would make sense with that kind of fashion? I thought maybe a gibson tuck in the back or a snood with pin curls or finger waves or something like that in the front, but maybe some of you have better ideas. What do y'all think?

I am really in to pin up clothing myself. But yeah my hair is too long for it.. but I do wear my hair in a high sockbun with a flower or a bow, then snoods are indeed very good for it. High ponytails.

♥ Ford Queen (https://www.youtube.com/user/FordQueen): dunno how long her hair is; at least hip I think. She does some teased styles, but most are heatless and teaseless. Also some nice makeups! Love the psycho pigtails and the braids. :D FQ is my Rockabilly longhair hero!
♥ katerade1 (https://www.youtube.com/user/katerade1/videos): thick and straight hair. I like that faux victory rolls style most - these are easier to fix than normal ones.
♥ Vintagious (https://www.youtube.com/user/oakoscar100/videos): again, some styles with heat or tease (or both), many without.
♥ LeoLilie (https://www.youtube.com/user/LeoLilie/videos): German girl with very long hair, styles without teasing or heat. Also some beautiful makeup tutos! She speaks German, but her vids are very easy to follow.

For everyday styling I recommend the simple pomp plus ponytail, high bun or French braided lengths. :flower:

Well, it depends on if your going modern-rockabilly or classic. Back in the 1950's women really kept their hair short, so you won't find many (if any) classic 1950's pin-up or rockabilly hairstyles. Hair being short also kept the hairstyles in tact. You could try Veronica Lake's style though. Her hair was long for the time, and while it's not as long as yours.. it can actually be done -and hold- on very long hair. Also, I wouldn't do the Gibson tuck hairstyle because that started back in 1890's im pretty sure.
