View Full Version : My crazy new growth (pic)

Thought I'd share my new growth from a huge shed last year. This is what my updos look like after about 4 hours!!!!  My hair is nearly apl with very thin ends, not surprisingly. My ponytail circumference is about 2 inches, I'm hoping when this lot grows it will be much thicker.
I have this this growth completely all over my head.

Haha, mine look like that too from a shed! I call it my duck fluff.

I look like this too lol. I had horrible shed after giving birth. Like to the point I seriously thought I would have no hair left. When my hair is down, it almost looks like I have a ridiculous mullet like cut.

I recognize that look! It happens to me every few years, but this is not one of those years - thank goodness.

Your growth is great and inspiring me in hopes of my past growth from pixie bangs will grow in with the rest of my hair.

Lapushka, it was a stress induced shed which I only stopped in January. I joined here in December and started taking biotin, msm and multi vits. Until recently I shedding very little, I could run my hand through my hair and not get any hair falling out. I seem to have started a post miscarriage shed now so I've started taking biotin and msm again which I had stopped when I was pregnant. Hopefully it's not going to be as bad as last years or I'll have about three hairs left on my head. ;)

Thanks for the comments about growth, and nobody has ever told me my hair is inspiring so I really appreciate that.

It's also nice to know that I'm not the only one who looks like they've been blown up with dynamite lol

Yay! I'm hoping mine will be looking like that soon. LOL I can't believe I'd ever say that but, post shed.....
