After

I hate the cut. I just put it in a pony tail and chopped. I got new curls though.

That was brave. Glad you have new curls.

Oh wow, that is a big cut all at once. What prompted it? Hope the newly found curls are lots of fun for you.

That's quite a chop! The ends look pretty even to me. I like the ringlet at the front, too. It looks very shiny and happy, if you want to grow it back I'm sure you're in a good position to do so :blossom:

So did you cut the ponytail off at the back or at the top for compact layers?

It looks pretty good, what I can see of it.

Thanks for all the compliments.

I did it out of shear frustration anxiety and craziness.

I don't regret it but I'm not jazzed about it either.

I cut at the back and trimmed the front.

I am growing it back out. No bleach or sun-in this time. Keeping it whatever the h311 color it is and healthy.

I'm sorry you were so frustrated with it :blossom: I'm sure it will be much easier to manage now, and it does look very nice.

Growing back will be much easier too! :)

I did a big ponytail type chop years ago and was totally disgusted with my result. May your experience be much much better. Mine was the result of frustration and hoplessness too. I couldn't do anything with what I had before - nor after, which was a complete bummer.

Best wishes for a happy growing out! :)

I do anxiety and frustration cuts at times. I think it was awesome that you felt comfortable enough here to share that.
I love the color and the hair. The curls looks great. Everything looks smooth and one length and healthy. I think you are going to be really happy with the grow out.

It looks really really thick, lush and nice.

By the way, I love the darker color you have naturally. And Erin is right. It does look lush and nice. :) Sorry you were frustrated with it. I hope the frustration is gone now.

Just like Laura mentioned, I like the more natural blonde color on you, much much more than the bleach blonde. It looks long still. I was afraid it would be very very short, but this isn't too too bad to grow back out. Happy growing!
