No trim challenge = no S&D?

Just wondering if one could S&D during the no trim challenge or if it's included in the term trim.

I plan on doing this challenge once my hair is all the same length (if I did it now I'd get a mullet :tmi: no thanks!)

If you S&D once in a blue moon, I'd say yes, you can partake in the no-trimming challenge. But if you S&D on a weekly basis, or even more, and cut lots off because of excessive damage, that about equals trimming in my book.
