I cut my hair!

I got rid of all my pesky layers so now it's all healthy and FINALLY one length! Now it will grow out so much easier and nicer :)

Wow thank you everyone! I just had to get rid of those layers! No matter what I did the ends of them would still be dry and feel like velcro, and they were all uneven from a chop I did 2 1/2 years ago. I've been waiting forever to have one length hair again! :)

Thank you! I did get lots of compliments with my long hair :) I was a little sad to see it go but I knew it would be so much better this way! I think I was ready for a change :)

It looks beautiful!! So thick and healthy. Several years ago I too cut my hair to all one length after having layers, and it made the continued grow out process soooo much easier! Your new one length hair will be especially great for braids

Thank you! For a while I was scared to cut it all off, because that was all grown out from above my shoulders in 2.5 years, but I just started to get so sick and tired of the layers that I just wanted them gone! lol now I can start fresh :)

Ultimately it's up to you but I say go for it! It took me some time to warm up to the thought of cutting off 4-5 inches but instead of growing out my layers I just decided it was time to cut them off! My first layer was at a good length too so it's not TOO short :) thank you!
