So. Yesterday I was pondering how to make my layers stay in my LWB better, and thought of this. Can you tell me if its an existing bun?

Like for a standard LWB, wrap hair up over your hand, and around the 'ponytail' base, tucking in the ends, move the loop along your fingers with your now free hand.

Then, instead of inserting the stick in a 'knuckles to tips of fingers' direction, do it the other way (so 'tips to knuckles').

Twist the pointy end of your stick over the top back towards the hand hoding it, and insert it , catching scalp hair etc as normal, coming out over the looped hair on the other side.


Anyone recognise it?

That turned out nice. I've done something similar to my hair a time or two. I'm always looking for a way to vary my styles.
