Sorry if this isn't posted in the right place or if there is already a forum about this! I'm new here and am finally gathering the guts to post something. I'm currently on my own version on the Curly Girl Method (still no sulfates and conditioners).
I see that a lot of people use oils (like coconut, etc) even while on CGM. Oils aren't water soluble. What makes them okay and not silicones? Aren't silicones bad because they aren't water soluble?
