I have read quite a bit on apple polyphenols for hair and apparently they increase the hair growing stage and slow down the falling out stage. and they increase the growth speed. some study's have shown that they increase the total thickness and diameter of each individual hair and promote regrowth.
what are everyone's opinions on this and would you use them to increase length retention ?
I also have a male friend who has used them to reverse his receding hair line and they have worked.
