Hello LHC friends!

It's been a while since I was on the forum~ I know many of you follow my hair blog, where I post pictures every few days. Thank you so much! This week I took new length pictures, my first real length shots since January 2013. Thank you so much! I keep my hair trimmed to about the length it is now~ it grows fast, but I don't think I could handle it dragging the ground! I like to keep it even across the bottom~

My hair is grazing calf, and I gave up French braiding because I always end up with a "nape knot" that I can't get out with one hand. Any secrets? Hints?

I use a lot of conditioner (C-W-C method), and leave-in No More Tears detangling spray. Sometime if my hair seems tangle-ly when I'm trying to braid it I'll spray it down a little bit with the detangling spray. A big tooth comb is all I use (except for my bangs), and I try to run my fingers down the length of my hair every few times as I'm braiding. I hope this helps!

I don't know how I could ever love my hair, mine is opposite in everything you've got! :( But anyways, thanks for sharing :) BTW, I read your blog and you mentioned about peanut butter every day. Can you explain what does it have to do with hair growth? I looked at nutrition facts and couldn't see anything obvious :neutral:
