Dressing room and hair accessories storage

I hope this is the correct forum.

We live in a 4 bedroom home with very small closets. The kids are gone, so my DH turned the smallest bedroom into a closet dressing room. I have a vintage dressing table, but as much as I love it it is not really suited for my needs.

A couple of weeks ago DH re-did the closet area and made a dressing table and a 3-way mirror to make it easier to do my hair. I can see all sides which makes styling so much easier. DH fastened the mirror to a rolling cart so I could move it as needed. I then made shadow boxes from 4x7 picture frames to display my few hair accessories. The shadow boxes make them accessible and dust free. This also gave me a place for the jewelry boxes that belonged to my grandmothers and my mother.

I just had to share.

Thanks for the comments. Before this all I had was a tiny make up mirror.

I'm glad you liked the shadow boxes. I used two frames to make them. It I would do it again I would have use 3 to make them deeper. Some of my things wouldn't fit.

DH is wonderful to do this, but he has an alterior motive. He doesn't have to share our small bath with my stuff.
