I love silver stripes! Mine seem to be gathering around the temples and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Looks like a bit of one!

I have one in the middle of the head right behind the "fringe" hair. I can hide it or show it. It started forming when I was 12.

Yes! I just got my first three greys. Always said I would not dye any greys and that I would dye a white stripe in when I found a grey. I have done so and I love it but I am a faker! Yours is natural and very, very cool.

my stripe is a main reason why I grew up/gave up coloring my hair

Oh, that is awesome! It's definitely a stripe. : )

I keep getting very tempted to dye one in to my own hair - I love the way a white/silvery stripe looks, and I hope it might be an outlet for all my urges to dye the whole lot a crazy colour, having just spent the past four years growing natural.

(Snort) sent that photo to a friend and he freaked out. Made sure I heard in no uncertain terms that he was to stay the short haired one in our couple.

I've had the gathering storm of silvers (really monofilament) but no pattern.
This, like Mira-Chan's can be open or stealth. It is mid layer.

I have a skunk streak down the back myself. I loved it but I put henna on my head to get a cool two-tone. Can never capture it in pics, tho. This is the streak before henna - with lots of little ones all over the place
