An update from me

I've had a couple of messages asking if i'm ok as, i haven't been on for awhile which really meant an awful lot!! love you all :grouphug: i'd just got caught up with other stuff...I'm absolutely fine and touched by it my family don't even check i'm ok lol


and pictures coz apparently you like them even though i'm sure i get on your nerves with them bwhaha

As you can see i'm still around hip but making progress my ends are looking much thicker ..

Aww thanks so much, it's certainly a challenge growing wavy or curly hair!! the shrink factor is very frustrating but recently i stopped combing and brushing all together.

Thank you all :cool: it appears my hair prefers to be left in its normally wavy state without being detangled at all it clumps together so much better now, i found this awesome conditioner that my hair just loves its the bodyshop banana one which has honey in it . SunnyIC we will get there girl ;) its just as frustrating as hell sometimes with the wave shrink factor.

Oh, definitely a yes to that! I actually never really notice how much my hair shrinks until the other day when looking in the mirror and it looks a little longer than collarbone but when wet reaches armpit. So frustrating! Also (lately) it's really frustrating to feel like my hair is not growing at all because of how much it curls up and eats the length. Oh well, it's life. We'll get there with patience and time. :)

Thank you for the advice I'm needing it. I wish my hair was as long as yours is, my life would be some much easier. :lol: It's armpit plus (I noticed last night, the medium layers have reached armpit and the longest are longer than armpit, now for the smallest). I've been trying to keep it in a bun or braid as much as I can, but the layers (never trust hairdressers haha) keep sticking out and make it loose so I need to work around that. In these last few days it has been really hard to put up with my hair because I want it long (and I want it now!) and it seems like it's never growing or not doing it fast enough. But patience is key and I will get over this humdrum and keep going. Hopefully I will forget all about the length and reach my goals!
