Oh, that is so cute. I don't know which one is nicer, the mousie or the wee squirrel. Fantastic!

She has bunnies too, so sweet. They came in a box (each its own box!) and those came, with bubble wrap around them in a big box!

I thought I'd gotten a puzzle or something, they usually come in those big boxes

They sure are pretty in those buns! Love that you brought attention to the shop, because I didn't know they existed! :D

And they have such cute things. Even the FEET on the squirrel have toes! I kid you not!

I have a wee mouse, but I NEED a squirrel, it's my nickname!

It is SOOO cute :D

Its stick is a bit thinner than that of the mouse, but with these it is of course always "treat gently" :)

You're welcome! And the quality is good too! When she replies to my message about them getting here I will ask how to best care for these as far as oil is concerned. The only oil I have is coconut, so..

Can you let me know what's going on with customs? Because the shop is from China I noticed. I know when you purchase from the US you don't need to pay extra if you stay under €22, but does the same goes for Asia?

Eadwine is from The Netherlands, and you're (we're) from Belgium, so that might vary according to country. I generally think there's only a distinction between things coming from the EU or from outside of the EU. No other distinction is made.

Okay, thank you, you could be right! I'm happy the prices are quite low :)

Yup, what Lapushka says: outside Europe, mind customs :)

I have a little piglet on the way now as well!

I have treated it with coconut oil in the mean time, it looked a bit dried out. It is even more pretty now. And my cat loves it too all of a sudden

After seeing the massive improvement on the piglet I decided to use the coconut oil on all three of the sticks I have, here is the result:

I'm considering to buy one as well (or two... three...) but I can't choose which one. I like the philosophy behind these sticks (Zodiac signs). Do you like the quality of the sticks? And they look amazing after putting coconut oil on them. If I buy one I might try this as well!

eadwine

I like the quality of the sticks, there just is no equal at the moment, not at that price. When you DO go ahead and buy them, let her know to keep the value somewhat lower due to customs.. they DO snatch these boxes apparently. When you order just one it's not a problem.

The reason I used the coconut oil is because under the chin of the piglet there was this rough spot still which vanished when I used the oil on it. And it DOES darken things up, but I wager over time as the oil sinks in and the wood dries out again it will go a bit lighter again.

I was born in the year of the rat, so that fit like a charm :)

I bought two, the rat and the dog. They arrived today, I love them! I'll take some pictures tomorrow :)

I asked her to send it as a 'gift' to avoid customs and as far as I can see, they didn't open it. Amazing service and communication.

These sticks are so darn cute. My hair is thin and baby fine and still not at APL quite yet, so I do not know if They would be too big or heavy for me.

She will adjust the size for you if you contact her.

As for heavy, they weigh virtually nothing. :)

Bumping this thread because these sticks are beautiful! And I made some detailed pictures :)

The rat and the dog.

P.s. the wood is lighter in real life, but these pictures are made with flash.

Ahhh I thought you had oiled them already. They will get significantly darker when you do, but not in an ugly way :)

Beautiful sticks! In hair pics!!! ;) :)

When I get over my laziness, some day in the future, I'll make some action shots ;) And I'm considering to put some coconut oil on them but I don't know. I like light AND dark wood!
