This was the best I could get from my sister considering the circumstances. (also, excuse the dry ends. I need to do a deep treatment soon)

Looks like waist to me! Congrats.! Your hair looks just like the hair pic in your signature!

It looks past waist to me, but since the photo isn't straight on, it could be lying. You probably are at waist.

It looks close to waist to me! The best way to tell is to measure the distance from your front hairline and down your back to your waist. If your hair measures the same, then yes, you are there! My current photos look well past waist yet when I go by measuring I still have half an inch to go!

I'm not sure as its the angle make sure the picture is taken straight on, if its at a angle i can look tailbone but i'm inches away. I only trust my bookcase that's where i rest my camera.

I think it is, but the others are right, the angle is a bit off, so it makes it hard to tell. :)

It looks like you could be there but that particular camera angle is deceptive. When I get a pic like that it always looks like my hair is longer than it really is. What I do is reach behind my back and grab my ends and feel there they end. I can tell by that feel if I am at waist or not.

Sure looks like waist in the pic! I agree with the pp's, the angle of the pic is a bit deceptive so an absolute "yes" isn't possible. If it's not waist yet , it will be soon. Looks lovely!

I cant tell from the pic either. Waist to me has always been belly button level, just in the back, so it would be easy to tell.
