I trimmed my bangs today.

I trimmed my bangs today. I had to run out the door and had no time to get to the hairdresser and they where growing into my eyes and looked horrible, so I used a pair of kitchen scissors to trim them, not ideal but I have walked out of salons with worse.

Thank you all for your kind words. I do want to buy a pair of hairdressers scissors though to use only for my bangs, over time I would save money on that considering what it costs to have it done by a professional.

Eh, I trim my bangs with regular scissors too - I figure it doesn't matter since I trim them every two weeks or so anyway. And you can't see split ends in bangs, either.

Honestly i'm jealous! I can't wear bangs with my cowlick! I don't think bangs would suit my face and yours are just so blunt and cute. I love it!

Thank you all for your kind words. I like having bangs since I am terrible at parting my hair and with bangs I do not need to unless I am doing something fancy, I just throw my hair in a bun or a braid and I am ready to go.

I would like a pair of better scissors to to make it easier to even on very small parts easier.

Well I had a hairdresser do them the first time so I had it parted right and all of that and then I maintain them myself which is very easy with straight bangs as they are well, straight.
