I guess it goes to show you're not supposed to do like the tv commercials and rub-a-dub-dub the stuff into your hair.

And what kind of hair did she have if it took 30 years to grow to WL or so?

yep that is a bit extreme. Unless something was seriously wrong with that batch of product she should have been able to save her hair. If it was a batch problem there should be other complaints.

I did have a serious hair accident but I did not sue. That did not even cross my mind. I got in a pool and the pool's automated chlorine system had malfunctioned. It even burned my skin and destroyed my suit in one swim less than 30 minutes - but I was like 'hell I could smell that - I should have known something was wrong. I'm an idiot' not 'let's sue'.
