I'm 30 and I've been experiencing hair lost like crazy. I have bald patches on my scalp.
I think this is the result of years of damaging my hair with chemical dyes and bleach. I've been using henna for 2 months which seems to have helped a little bit, but still... And I can't see any signs of regrowth in my bald spots and this is making me so sad.
Any tricks for hair regrowth and stopping hair lost that work? How can I stimulate my scalp other then massage morning and night?
Has anyone tried this cocoveda oil that hennasooq is promoting against hair lost and regrowth?
